EXPOL CREDIT / RETURNS POLICY

  1. Only standard products, in a saleable condition (once they have arrived back at EXPOL) will be considered for credit.
    • Standard EXPOL products are:
      • S & H Grade EXPOL ThermaSlab Sheet – 2400mm x 1200mm x 20mm / 25mm / 40mm / 50mm / 75mm / 100mm.
        EXPOL-X – all sizes.
      • All standard EXPOL UnderFloor Insulation sizes – 100mm x 360mm / 410mm / 470mm / 560mm and 60mm x 360mm / 410mm / 470mm / 560mm.
      • EXPOL Tuff Pods (minimum of five).
      • EXPOL ThermaSlab Edge – coated and uncoated, all sizes.
      • EXPOL StyroDrain.
      • EXPOL QuickDrain.
      • EXPOL Garage Door Insulation.
      • EXPOL Poly Beans.
      • EXPOL Earth Green Beans.
      • All whole / unopened packs of accessories (fixings / joist saddles /spacers / podsticks/ bar chairs / washers).
      • EXPOL Styro-FIX.
    • Custom cut polystyrene cannot be credited.
  2. All credits given will be less 20% of the invoiced price, minus freight content. This applies to orders for standard EXPOL products which have been cancelled after they have been dispatched.
  3. Orders for non-standard / custom cut products that are cancelled after they have been manufactured will not be considered for credit.
  4. All freight costs incurred in returning EXPOL products back to EXPOL shall be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Products returned to EXPOL must be returned to the EXPOL branch that dispatched the product.
  6. All returns for credit must have had a credit request form emailed to EXPOL (sales@expol.co.nz) prior to shipment stipulating:
    • The product description.
    • The quantity being returned.
    • The reason for the return.
    • Credit requests must be received by EXPOL within the following timeframes:
      • Credit request for loss – within one week of receipt of product.
      • Credit request for damage – within 48 hours of receipt of product.
  7. We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

 Please note that it may not be economical to return polystyrene products due to freight costs, if you have returns, please contact us to discuss.
